Mindfulness Meditation Classes in Huntingdon and Cambridge

Though we can develop our own individual meditation alone, it can be very enriching to learn and evolve with others. Our mindfulness classes last for one hour and involve both formal meditation and informal mindfulness exercises, including mindful movement.
The classes will run on an eight week rotation with a structure very similar to an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course but also incorporating principles from MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).
Everyone is welcome to join the classes at any time but if you have not had much experience of mindfulness we would ask that you either attend one or two individual one-to-one sessions before joining the class or join the first class of the eight week programme.
Over the eight week programme the attendees will be taught the foundational principles of the discipline as well as having the opportunity to discuss ad learn from other members of the class.
